What is included in a Haeven package?

Packages are yours to build how you like! Starting with a base package, you can select your Carnival weekend itinerary of events, and add on additional events, amenities, and Mas costumes.

How do I purchase a package?

It’s simple:
Step 1: Lock in your vibes – start with Mecka on Carnival Friday, Soca Brunch onCarnival Sunday, and pick your ultimate Saturday fete.

Step 2: Level it up – add accommodation, rides, island tours & glam to complete your Carnival passport.

Step 3: Book it easy – drop 50% now and pay the rest over time.

How do I book?

Booking with Haeven is simple. Browse our packages, customize your itinerary, and complete your reservation online. Enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.

Payments & Refunds
What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and visa debit cards. Your transactions are secure and protected.

Can I pay for my package in parts?

Yes! We offer a simple payment plan. You can pay 50% upfront to secure your package, and the remaining balance is due by December 30, before band collection.

Can I make payments at the distribution center?

Payments are accepted online only and must be completed before collecting your package.

Is my deposit refundable?

No. All deposits and payments are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is fair and transparent. Refunds are processed according to the conditions outlined at the time of booking. Please review our full policy page for details.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellations are allowed in line with our cancellation policy. Please check the terms or contact support if you need help.

Packages & Add-Ons
Do I need a base package to buy add-ons?

Yes, a base package unlocks all the fun! Once you have it, you can add extra events or amenities.

Can I add events to my package after purchase?

Yes! Log into your account and you can browse and add additional events or amenities.

How do I redeem amenities purchases like car rentals or accommodations?

You’ll receive separate confirmation emails for rentals and accommodations, along with terms and conditions specific to those add-ons. Please keep an eye on your inbox for the details.

Can I split up my package into separate parts (events, costumes, add-ons, or accommodation?

No. Packages are designed as a full experience and cannot be split. This includes costumes, events, amenities, and accommodation.

Does Haeven help customers resell costumes?

Costumes are only valid with full packages, and Haeven does not manage resales. Costume-only purchases will not be honored.

Can I buy more than one package on my account?

No, each customer account can hold only one package. This keeps the system organized and secure.

Can a group purchase packages together under one account?

Not at this time — each person needs to purchase individually.

Bands & Event Access
Can I transfer my package or RFID band to someone else?

Unfortunately not. Packages and RFID bands are registered to you and cannot be transferred.

What if I want someone else to collect my band?

You can assign an Authorized Collector in your account. Only that person will be able to collect your band.

How do I get entry to Haeven events?

Entry is only possible with your official RFID band. QR codes are not accepted.

What happens if I lose my RFID band?

Lost bands are deactivated immediately for your security and cannot be reactivated.

Can I cut, remove, or tamper with my RFID band during the event?

We recommend keeping your band intact. If it is cut, removed, or tampered with, it will not work for entry.

Are there different ticket types for men and women?

No. All RFID bands are unisex and provide the same access.

Can I share my band with a friend so they can attend another event in my package?

No. Bands are valid for one person only and cannot be shared.

Collection & Customer Support
When do I collect my package?

You’ll receive an email closer to Carnival with details on your collection period and location.

What if I can’t collect my package in person?

You can authorize someone else to collect it for you with an authorization letter and copy of your ID (digital is fine)

Is Haeven working on improving the purchasing system?

Yes! We’ve invested in a new, more user-friendly system and will keep innovating for our customers.
